Ok, I really dislike watching people eat, it kind of makes my stomach turn, however I so enjoyed this video because of the joy they were experiencing going to all of these places and all of the beautiful and delicious things they tried. Perhaps it's also because Brian is in the video and he's not one for being on camera which tells me he did it because he loves John so much and wanted to share this experience with him and all of us. I bet the boys really enjoyed the leftovers. That's a video I want to see.

Hello John, I'm Parisian and live in the same neighborhood as Storer and Bo&mie – the latter being a chain of bakeries, so we're kind of dubious of Bo& Mie in Paris.
Anyway, great choices, but you forgot to visit the best croissant in Paris. It's called "Philippe Conticini" and was really close to where you were. I highly recommend you give it a try next time you're in Paris.
It's, for me, the quintessential buttery and rich croissant. It really is something else;
