  1. Great vid and i totally agree with everything on it. Love watching and getting involved with football at this level. Too many overpaid players and overpriced admission to top games. York City supporter since 1969 through thick & thin.

  2. I have seen most of the greatest goals in my life at non league level, because the 30 year old bricklayer isn't afraid to say fuck it and have a go from 40 yards, and like once every 2 games, someone miraculously finds the net from that range.

  3. You are absolutely right! Professional football right now makes me want to puke. Managers fighting with generational talents and benching them over stupid issues. I am not an Arsenal fan but seeing Ozil out of action for almost a year over some stupid shit is unbelievable.

  4. I go to non-league as much as I can, and the atmospheres there on some nights are genuinely better then any professional football game, I still have vivid memories of my local down 3-2 in the FA Vase and in the 93rd minute, our striker curves one into the top left with the very last kick of the game to take to 3-3, we ended up losing on penalties but the reaction from the crowd when that went in was amazing, so much so away fans started to try and fight some of the more louder fans. That was what non-league football was meant to be like. All for £6.
